the thunderverb is my favorite orange. as the old caveat says, it's a matter of style. the TV is a very strong amp. it cuts and guts.

i think i'm in the minority here but i've never heard a laney that i liked. i've played a few and didn't care for any of them.

i tried one once, and it was one of the worst tube amps i've ever played. i thought perhaps it was a lemon, so i plugged into...
i have several fuchs amps. the ods is a dumble clone. it is a knockout amp. very diverse harmonically.

i had some truss work done on the strat. i was noodling with bends to test it. and didn't pay any attention at all to the amp
i had some repair work on a strat, recently. i tested it through a bassbreaker at the shop.
i'd never heard/seen the amp before. pretty salty....
