5150 - Choke and adjustabe bias mod
Thought you guys might be interested in checking this out
. It's a 5150 with a hammond choke and the adjustable bias mod fitted. Lemme know whatcha think tone-wise.

Thanks guys.
The choke really does help tighten things up with the 5150. Gain past 6 on the lead channel gets very messy and unusable, IMO, on the stock model. The choke really lets you open her up. It also helps a lot with noise. You got me on the Marshall, Mullard Man. I couldn't help dialing her in with the mids on 10 to get that tone. Never a big fan of a scooped tone.
