Think I'm finally going to take the plunge and...
FINALLY get a new practice amp. My choice? Egnater Tweaker 15!
Of all the options I have, I think this will definitely be the best decision cost and tone wise. Seems to me there is more bank for your buck in this amp than any in it's price range. The Tubemeister 18 is great, but more than I want to pay. So, Egnater it is! It's essentially like I have a mini version of my TOL 100, without the ear-bleeding volumes. Bout a month from now, put about 200 bucks away from each paycheck (I get paid bi-weekly), and it WILL be mine! Think I'll be getting a 2x10 cab instead of a 1x12 to go with it eventually. Probably from Avatar.

Re: Think I'm finally going to take the plunge and...
i love mine, but beware, these things are LOUD.
loud enough for a live band situation in many cases. lately its all ive been using with my band, and ive got plenty of volume to spare. 15w is very conservative. i took some measurements and came up with 32w if i recall correctly. not 22, 32. they are pushing those 6v6's pretty f-ing hard. if you dont mind used, you can get them for $250 on craigslist if your patient or lucky. totally worth it, its a nice versatile amp.

I keep hearing good things about this amp, but I'm afraid to buy another lunchbox low wattage amp and get burned with thin tone.

Good choice.
Like Scat said, they're loud but can sound very good at quieter volume as well, especially with a boost in front. I usually use 2 separate 1x12" cabs, one is the Tweaker 1x12 made for this amp WITH THE Celestion G12H-30 70th and the other is a 1x12 I converted from a Fender combo amp and loaded with a Celestion G112M-70. I love it. So versatile. Definitely the most bang for your buck.
