In 1969 I joined a band in Scottish Borders where I got a Red Marshall Stack / Plexi Super Lead . With a 1962 Tele and everything at full....11 ! (dimed??) it wasn't loud enough and there were no pedals or pre amps around so it was way too clean. Poor me!!! (Had to use very stiff plectra.)( And stiff elbow action).

To my eternal shame..... I fitted 2 PAFs to tele as you can see in my 'avatar'.(count my fingers!)
Now living with 12 Marshall amps and 5 Fenders and just built my first treble boost pedal......now, finally, I'm ready to rock.......Oh Well.

If any interest is shown I'll show my Quadrophonic, fully foot controlled demo recording setup using a switching box/matrix, with foot swell pedal on input, feeding 2 Digitech Jamman XT pedals'.
On output of XT's there's 2 more stereo swell pedals (for muting/damping either outputs) feeding 4 Marshall amps (Stacks when neighbours are out and 2 Reverb 12s and 2 Lead 12s when I have to calm it down a bit.)
For pre demos I use 3 Akai Headrush into 6 assorted Lead 12, Reverb 12, Keyboard 12, Bass 12 amps. I love being able to programme 2 delays by foot (both triplet time and common time when possible) and this helps keep timing correct for looping work. I find 2 delays forces me to simplify my guitar parts which is always good discipline..... and leaves more space for 'overdubs'.
Then, when I've done the working out of my guitar/bass parts, I go upstairs and annoy my other neighbours with my Protools system.
Probably should change my name to Teledestroyer....
