Glad you picked up a AVT150. lemmi know any mods you do, as i have the same head.
I have a marshall AVT50 (2006). I bought recently new (old stock), but the reverb dont work. The people from de store dont repair me, and im on Mexico.
What do you think, maybe de reveb its disconect or someting?
If i move de control "Depth Reverb", sound little noisy, and like a "high filter".
Please, help me, if you know. On my city, no engineering's.
hey peter, i really love the passion you have for the avt 50, i just bought a 150 tribute and love it ! i like the idea of your mods but im real new to doing any modifications to an amp, ive modded guitars for years but electronics isnt always my strong point,
ive responded to a few threads on here asking around about the cab im trying to run with this head, its a jcm 800 lead series that is 16ohm, as the output from my head is 8 does that mean my speaker is running at half capacity and is there anything i can do with the cabs wiring to make it 8 ohm???
Just wanted to let you know that I responded to your thread about the AVT50 mods a few days ago. I have an AVT50 Head and am interested in what may be available for it. Keep me in the loop during your developments.
