Marty i think I want a JTM45 30 watt head. Have you played one or know much about them? Im looking for something warm, organic and has some sag in it. Looks like this head has a tube rectifier.

"GZ34 rectifier valve interacts with the rest of the valves causing subtle harmonics to shift and smolder beneath every note you play."

What do you think for playing smok'n blues and rock? I really didn't know much at all about this amp.

I share the same sentiments my friend! The tube thread's been great and my amp sounds awesome because of it. We have fun there and look at all the others now gaining knowledge and adding to it. Its been a privilege to know you and hang it out here on the Marshall forum with ya. We got alot of bruthers there.

Yeah its the Hood Canal area. I just never heard of Indianola before. Too bad it wasn't more of a find.

I just saw the thread. Kendall listed the stuff on there:

"marshall lead 4 12 model H 320 W 19828 RMS, Marshall 19960 lead 100w slant cabinet. Boss graphic equalizer Audix i5 instrumental microphone, old Tascam 244 Portastudio, Digitech smart shift IPS33 pitch shifter, TUBES 6550 Audio classics (2) Ruby E34L-cZ . Indianola is near Kingston by the Hood Canal"

Doesn't look like much to me but I don't desire or need any of it either. There is another Estate sale link on thread someone listed too:

    Hey Marty,
Thanks for all positives. Ya theres a JTM45, Model 1987 and the Mini Major (half power 100 watts). I threw in the those Storage pics to see if anyone looks hard, it a guy I know who has Ritchie Blackmore's Marshall Major collection. If you look real hard you can see Ritchie's name and the Ser. # on one box. Oh I just put up some sound bites of my Amps. http://www.marshallforum.com/cellar/...om-builts.html

yeah... isn't amazing what we put ourselves through to get that tone that makes us weak in the knees...? I hear ya.

From what you've described it is suprising they didn't replace the board... Craziness.
