did you ever play the SLX or the MKIII? If so, how do you think they compared to the 6100?

Cool. I still haven't fixed my footswitch yet. I've been playing my 2203 and OR50 the most lately, as single channels have been all I've needed for awhile. Sometimes I just run the 6100 in the crunch channel with a boost just like a single channel.

Are you still liking the 6100 over your 900? Did you get rid of the 900? I've actually got an SLX and a MKIII that I'm thinking of selling due to owning the 6100.

    Hey Brother,
Thanks for the kind words about my LP man! I took it to a highly recommended luthier today. The break was clean, to quote him “a good break” it wont be a problem to fix and probably wont even be visually noticeable after he lacquers it. Just means I’ll own her for life now!

    6100’s up!

Well, If I have to, I'm prepared to hire a circus midget to stand by my amp and manually switch it for my changes! Seriously, I'm not prejudice, I just heard this somewhere on here before and thought it was funny!

Yeah, the band thing is rough around here, as no one is into what I'm into. I've been trying to just write and do some demo recordings at home for fun. If I ever get my stuff in order, I may try to have it professionally mastered at some point. But, I'm kinda new at home recording, so I've got a lot to learn, and some more gear to buy.

I'm not in a band anymore, so I haven't being playing out. Therefore, I haven't had to use the 6100 as a switcher for awhile. I am going to get my switch fixed soon though, so it's ready to go if I need it.

oh, i thought it was something internal on the amp "chip"

I'd rather it be the pedal than the amp. I've got a 6100 pedal, that needs to be rewired. I intend to mount a female jack onto the switch, so I can use removeable midi cables. Should be a bit more reliable that way, but I'll have to do some soldering.

    What's up,

I read a post in the 6100 group, that you had some MIDI trouble with your 6100. Can you let me in on what happened?

I worry about mine messing up as well, but I've never had a problem with it.
