Hi Lane, wondering if you are still around this site at all. Could do with a bit of advise. Don't mind going public with it but would ideally like your input as I trust you.

I thought so! I do most web surfing with my iPhone and could not enlarge the pic enough to be sure. Going back to when Metallica still had a raw, angry sound.

Thanks again for explaining the controls!

Hi Lane! First, I wanted to thank you for always sharing your vast knowledge with group members.

That being said... I have a question! On my tester at the bottom there is a red input marked 10ADC (10 a max unfused), than a black marked COM (the ground always goes here---figured that out by myself) and then another red marked VnmA (max 600 v 200mA max) <---the n is really the ohm symbol.

At the top, on the dial there are two 600 volt choices....in the 11 and 1 o'clock positions. The 600 volt in the 11 position is followed by a short straight line with a dotted line beneath. The 600 in the 1 position is followed by a short wavy line: ~

Checking the caps, I used the VnmA lead with the dial on the 600 v in the 11 position while a ground to the 1st pin was still in place and got) volts on all caps...did I do something wrong?

Also, what is your profile pic?

    Thanks.

I try to help when needed. There are some good people on this forum. I read not too long a that someone was looking for a NYC tech. Was that the loop mod?

Nevermind, I see that it was.
