Hey there John,
A buddy of mine just picked up a 2204 Jmp with that on/off volume pot syndrome, could you explain how to wire that 220k a little better for me please? Thanks

p90strat

Thanks johnfv for the like. I was just strumming the P90 strat into the 2500 SLX and have a noisy gain pot and two others that are slightly less than silent. Also discovered that it's running 6L6's and while it did sound very very good, I'm still thinking of re-biasing and doing the plate mod for EL34's. I have those in the 4500 and it sounds amazing. The combo of the high output P90's and those particular heads running EL34's is what I hear in my head. Like if a strat had the balls of a Les Paul but still sounded like a strat. Thanks again bro.
