I struggled sourcing Hammond transformers in Ireland too.
For all of my builds I've bought my xformers and chokes, mostly Hammonds (good choice by the way), from
Tube-Town - Hot Stuff cool sounds.
It's all stocked there and you can simply log in, pick the voltage levels,VA rating etc for PTs or impedance, freq responce, output power etc. for OTs and click buy.
