Hi, I just replaced my fuse in my Valvestate 8100 and it didnt seem to fix it. can you tell me what I should look for now (you mentioned power transistors on one of my messages)?

Hi... just wandering if you could help me...

I installed a 10 henry (100ma) choke in my Marshall TSL 100 in place of the R71 power resistor.

The amp seems to be running hotter than before : the power tranny seems to get hot and the heat seems to be coming from the left hand side near the mains light...


Could i have strained the power transformer by adding in this choke??
