EBMMs love Marshalls. My LP is nice but the EBMMs are in another league.
I max the bass and mids. Hold back the trebles and presence. Cabs and speaker types are a HUGE impact as well. Actually, these are the biggest and most over looked component of tone IMHO.
Work the volume knob as well. Let your ears dial in the tone, not the notches on the amp.
