I bought these years ago and have never really used them.
I didn't really know what they were until I contacted Marshall and sent them a few pics.

Vintage Marshall 50W Valve Amp and Cabinet 1970 on eBay, also Guitar, Amplifiers, Pro Audio Equipment, Musical Instruments (end time 03-Aug-08 15:47:43 BST)

UK and collection from Whitley Bay.
