Marshall 6100LM value
I'm looking to buy a Marshall 6100LM Anniversary Series head, there is one guy selling one with a JCM900-Lead 1960 cab, he's asking $800 for it, is it a rip or a good/decent deal? Pro and cons of this amp and why? Any information is much appreciated, thanks!

Re: Marshall 6100LM value
That's a great deal! More often than not just the head alone goes for more than that.
The only con imo is the amount of tubes the sucka takes, but it's a great amp! Very versatile and at that price IF it's in good shape and everything is working and especially if he has the original footswitch for it, you're getting the steal!

Re: Marshall 6100LM value
Picked it up today. Another guy wanted it so I offered $40 more, so I paid $840 for it, it's the '94 6100LM with a 1960-Lead slant cab with the original foot pedal switch. Good deal, bad deal, great deal, etc?

Re: Marshall 6100LM value
The most versatile amp to ever come from Marshall. I think they're sweet, and I hate versatility!
