Fawn head JMP 1187
Hi Guys
I'm new here so big wave to ya. Can ya help me out. Over the weekend I picked up a Fawn/Tan head... JMP on the front 4 inputs to the right side.. 2 volumes, B. M, T, and presences. On the rear it has MK II in bold block letters. Where the model label is is the confusing part... its written in black ink 1187. OR maybe because its a fawn head.... not sure. I'm guessing maybe because its ink its smugged and should read 1987? There is a test label that states it was tested in jan 1980. I can provide the serial number if needed. Anyway thanks guys for any help you can give me. |

Re: Fawn head JMP 1187
Ok maybe my question is a bit confusing. Do you guys know was there ever a 1187 model? or is it most likely a 1987 model just inked wrong?
One other thing the test label of june 1980 does that sound like a reasonable time frame for a Fawn/tan head? How long or often did they do a run of tan color heads? Anyone know?
