Re: Urgent help needed!

You're talking about the input jack for the amp, right?

If it fell off inside the amp, you'll have to take all the fasteners out that hold the housing together, more than likely, to get it back. Is it a front-imput like most Marshalls? Did you have the little plastic washer that threads on the outside of the jack to the faceplate?

Re: Urgent help needed!

all you should need is a phillips head screwdriver. remove the amp itself from it's wooden coffin.

+1, from there you can access everything you need to cinch it back on.

Re: Urgent help needed!

Same thing happened to me with the fuse holder...I changed the fuse, when I put the cap back on, the whole thing pushed into the hole. I had to remove the chassis from the cabinet to fix it.

Re: Urgent help needed!

Apollo, if you didn't already fix this, you know about being careful not to fry yourself when you're working inside the chassis, right? The main thing being, don't ever have both hands in the chassis. If you aren't sure, do a search on safely working on your amp.
