HT Fuse Chaos!

Hi all. I'm new on here, so apologies if this has been discussed previously..

I've just had my JCM2000 DSL 100 re-valved, modded and generally serviced for the 2nd time..

I run it throught a 4x12 rated at 16ohms.

Now, when i power up, i get sound for about 10 seconds before it dies.

It keeps blowing the 1A ht fuse.

I've had it back to the repairer/amp tech, and he can find no faults!

Help or ideas's?

Re: HT Fuse Chaos!

I've never heard of Marshall recommending any mod. If you still have your old power tubes, put them back in and see if the fuse continues to blow. If not, I'd find out exactly what mod was done and reverse it if possible.
