Hello Everyone,
I had recently purchased a JCM 2000 DSL 100w head and one of the output tube slot is not working. I assumed it was a bad tube so I replaced them and same thing. I took the old tubes and tested them and there all fine. I noticed that when I power on the amp it takes a second for the light on the switch to turn on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adrian |

Re: Jcm 2000 dsl!!! One tube slot not working!!! Help please!
Hmm not sure mate.
Was the amp working before you bought it? Search for the ground mod and the thermal issue with TSL and DSL amps. Might be the problem that caused your tube to fail. |

Re: Jcm 2000 dsl!!! One tube slot not working!!! Help please!
If your still 'under warrenty' take it back, and get it fixed! do it quick before the warrenty finishes. I had the problem of one not glowing, the fix was to resolder the pins on the bottom of the output valve and file them back to a point. then the next one didn't glow, etc, etc, until I resoldered all of the output valves (3 pins each) no more problems!
