Re: Tsl 60 2x12
If you got a good deal money wise, then you made a good purchase.
I recently bought a tsl60 head and love it. It is great for metal which I play and is well balanced across on EQ across the channels. I prefer the TSL to the other tube amps I have, which are more expensive amps. If you havn't already, try driving the amber OD channel with a good overdrive like TS9 or SD1, you will dig it.... |

Yeah I tried it before I bought it played it for about an hour. But you know as well as I do that when you put new tubes in amps there are some tone changes. So to answer your question yes I tried it before I bought it

Re: Tsl 60 2x12
hi, i think the 60 is reliable its the 100w which over heats (i think). i have a tsl 60 head and its got a lot going for it with 3 channels, but i find the sound is to compressed and may not work for me but as said would be great for metal. i still live in hope i can get wot i want from it. i may just be fussy. good luck hope you love it.
