Noisy JCM 2000 DSL
My DSL is very noisy when I crank the gain, almost as if my guitar is NOT grounded. However it is. When I turn the treble pot on my guitar off is goes away. Its does this with all my guitars. Can anyone help.
Thanks, Danny

Re: Noisy JCM 2000 DSL
noisy cable, noisy power outlet, noisy pickups, not totally or improperly shielded guitars, etc.

Re: Noisy JCM 2000 DSL
Had nearly the same problem a couple of weeks ago, and it was suggested to me to switch out my cables. Since then, I purchased a Snapjack cable. Not only did it clear up the unwanted noise, but I am pretty sure it's louder.
Good luck.
