Re: rebais during winter?

There is an issue with solder joints on the 2000's. If you go to the eurotubes site, he has a big write up on the this issue. I can't recall all the details but you should check it out.

yup my tech did some resoldering on the amp due to poor stock/mfg soldering on the joints.

Re: rebais during winter?

k after intensive testing the amp sounds good not sure if its the amp or the speakers I might have blown the speakers, when i turn the volume up past 12 oclock on OD2 or around 2 ocklock on OD1 and 1 oclock on clean with gain on 12 oclock the cab makes a scratchy sound any 1 experienced this? if i blow the speakers it wouldnt be all four right? it sounds like its clipping specially if u palm mute on od I was gonna record but doesnt sound good on the video.

Update:
K I switched the E34L tubes on my amp and biased at 80mV and it works fine no clipping or scratch sound even if i crank the volume way up I think its the kt77 tubes I got it about 2 months do you guys think euro will check them out and maybe replace it? Ill call them tomorrow, Still ballsier with the E34L less bottom than the KT77 but still hitting hard and loud

Re: rebais during winter?

Just got the KT77s back from euro ( they are awesome I sent it back to have it tested and 1 tested bad so they sent me a new set awesome Highly recomended dont go buy anywhere else !!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and installed it. MAN O MAN O MAN my amp is roaring like a beast!!!!!!!!!! I recomend switching the OP Trany on the TSLs gives you more ballsier and better bottom end, I feel sorry for my V30s for kranking it up past 12 - 2 oclock on the volume but sound so saaaawwwweeeeetttttt may be ill look for a 1960VB to help out VA
