The JCM600 is a combo - 1 - 12 combo. I w
ant to change tubes. Can't find bias probes. I pulled the chassis and still don't see anywhere to hook my multimeter. Does anybody know where this is located and does it make any difference that this is a combo head or not when biasing. I have had amp since it was new and I know that it has had no modifications but it has never had any real distortion. Has anybody else had this trouble? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: jcm 600
I don't believe it has probes. The JCM2000 series has them but my other Marshall's don't.
Check for the How To Bias videos over at Eurotubes.com and select the generic vidclip. euro-q I imagine the folks there would even be able to help guide you especially if you bought a tube kit for the amp from them. They offer a few high gain options, just ask them what they recommend.
