Has my DSL been modded?
mod4.jpg
Hi! I am brand new to this site! It is so cool! I have a question, and need help. I recently boutght a used DSL100, and when looking inside, I noticed something that did not look original to me. Can any of you tell me what it is, and if it is original? If it isn't, I would like to remove it. On the rear circuit board, near the footswitch jacks, I found a yellow cap (all others looked blue), a black covered wire, and what looks like a diode soldered in parallel with a resistor. I tried to attach a picture of it for you to see. Can anybody tell me what it is? The amp works fine, but if it isn't stock, I want to fix it. Thanks all! |

Re: Has my DSL been modded?
Yep, you are right, it works! My amp sounds good.
And that chart was great! And the chart is right too, I shouldn't sweat it. I am still curious though, if that is original or not. And if not, what does it do? Thanks! |
