Have any of you done this??
Im looking to change the tolex on my 900 but Im not really Mr. Fix-It, I looked at the replacment head boxes on mojo that come in different colors and look like the plexi style heads.
![]() ![]() ![]() Have any of you switched head boxes like this? is it hard to do? Will the Plexi style fit my JCM 900 4100? . . . thanks |

Re: Have any of you done this??
I've read where a few folks here have built their own cabs and such which is very cool.
It's pretty easy to order a head cabinet for your chassis from what I've heard. Go for it!

Perhaps not a standard made for plexi box but he could probably have one custom ordered that would fit the control panels and such to still look plexi. It's made of wood, anything's possible if the builder is willing

Re: Have any of you done this??
The vintage head box site says Large box and small box but im unclear about dimensions needed to fit a 100 watt JCM 900 chasis inside, just curious if anyone had pulled the trigger on something like this though
