JCM 800 1982 Lead cab - Help me!
Hey,
I was wondering if I could get some more information on this particular cab (JCM800 - Lead 1982), as I've been looking for a good 4x12 cab to go with my JCM900 Dual Reverb head. I saw this one on craigslist, but I can't find anywhere on the internet that will give me a decent price check. How much are one of these cabs in new condition? Because this one is kinda beat. How much should I pay for it? (if at all) The seller says the speakers are gt-75s. Also, how does the sound of this kinda cab compare to that of a 1960? Here are some pics: ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Re: JCM 800 1982 Lead cab - Help me!
Well if it has G12T 75's its no different than a 1960A cab
in sound, the only difference is it doesnt have Stereo Inputs and switch. And one thing better, is its 100% Birch Plywood and the 1960A's have a fiberboard back board thats a good thing! |
