my first amp, help

hey
im buying my first el. guitar, which will be fender highway one stratocaster

so i also need an amp

i was thinking about avt 20xt, or avt 50xt

i will probably only use it at home in my room, so i think the 20w one would be good choice.

what do you think, thanks to all

I'd get the 50 as well. You never know when you might need the extra volume. It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The AVT is an excellent choice.

The AVT50X combo is a great amp. You don't always have to turn it up louder...you will just want to. You can also run an external cabinet from the AVT50X if you want to. It sounds fantastic through a 4x12. I'm not sure if you can do that with the AVT20X.

Re: my first amp, help

Yea i have played mine through my 4 12 cab
and it reminds me of a DSL 50 in sound
the high gain on the AVT is really smooth
