Dirty Bass and DSL's?

Hello there! I hope everyone is very well!

I have been using my DSL 50 head and 4x12 for years now, and it sounds bloody fantastic! Never even had a single problem

Now i am trying to get a huge bass sound by using two amplifiers at once, an ampeg b2r + 4x10 and my Marshall DSL + 4x12. I've tried this before and got a great sound, but have never used this setup for a whole performance.

My question is, does running bass signals through a DSL for prolonged periods (50mins+) damage the amplifier or speaker cab? And are there any ways to minimize the damage im doing to it?
