You are scary. Almost perfect. It's a '77 1987 with a '69 1960a.

The head is obvious but how did you get the cab? Not being cheeky, just want to expand my learning as I had to look inside to find out.

Re: Look what I got today...................

The head is a (bit) special. It appears to be a mix of styles and eras as it has the early switches but the late head casing. What's very cool about the head is that it's fully loaded with mustards - something odd for '77.

Re: Look what I got today...................

Nice score. How much of the cab is original? Original pre-rola greenbacks? Looks like somebody added some corners. And it's hard to tell in the pic but it looks like elephant tolex?

The logo has been changed obviously but other than that it's almost factory spec.

The speakers, wiring, etc is all legit.

Yeh it's elephant. I assume that's not original?

Re: Look what I got today...................

That stand is simple and perfect.

Those amps give me morning wood.

Would love to share them with the neighbors.

Re: Look what I got today...................

Thanks for the demo Kev! Love these kind of amps. If you get the chance do the Marshall too. Love to hear it.

Re: Look what I got today...................

Yeh I will try but the JMP doesn't have Power Scaling like the amp above so it's loud! Which isn't a problem for me but my camera crackles and distorts due to the volume.

Will see what I can do though.

Cool. I'm sure I'll hear from here without the camera...

Re: Look what I got today...................

In '77 there were SEVERAL PCB amps made with mustard caps. They are the bomb. They must have found a stash or got a great deal that year...truly a beautiful 1987 head...
