Vintage P.A (1972)
I was wondering if anyone has ever seen an old vintage P.A. I have one and the logo is just block capitals (MARSHALL). It's not super or master it just says PA. 100 by MARSHALL. It has four inputs. I can't find any pictures on the web. I can upload some if people want.

Re: Vintage P.A (1972)
Let's speed things up - which one of these looks most like it:
No 1 - Master PA. There are a couple of layouts of this one, plus early versions are in a metal housing, but the general look is the same, i.e. a lot different from the more usual Marshall heads. ![]() No 2 - the common or garden 100 watt PA head, 8 inputs, wide panel but general look is like a pre-1976 guitar amp. ![]() No 3 - same amp as No 2 but with a Gold block logo, as seen as the feet of The Who in this pic. No known examples in circulation with these badges and 100 watt circuit! ![]() No 4 - the JTM45 amp head with block logo. Also appear with smoother covering cloth and a dark red on silver badge instead of the black/gold.

Re: Vintage P.A (1972)
It is like No. 1 - the owner sent me some pics. The logo is just not a standard plastic logo like the one in the picture, it is printed on the front with capital MARSHALL letters, like the rest of the info on the front.

Re: Vintage P.A (1972)
Same for me. What year was it made? Is it on the sticker or does it have a verifiable SN?
EDIT: Sticker says 1972. That is really an odd duck. What power tubes does it use?
