Hey dudes

My name is John and I have been playing for 30 years. I am classically trained though I don't keep on it. Here's a just a small demo of what I can do.

Solo, created by John Weglarz and presented through ACIDplanet.com

I own a Marshall JCM 800 2210 from 89 and it was an awesome amp till I had it re tubed. Now it sounds like ass. Whatever.

I really dig this forum, I have learned a ton of stuff thus far and thank everyone for their contributions.

Hey guy nice to meet you.

Yea I would recommend a delay pedal for you. They really help thicken up ones sound and make your guitar sound bigger. One plus or minus though depening on how you look at it is they can make you sound faster then you really are.

Take care

John

Hi Thrawn86. Nice to meet you man.

Yea I have been fighting my sound now for a while. The tubes one puts in their amp really makes a difference. I have learned this first hand and I am now paying for it.

John

Welcome from another Newbie...
Tubes are best when bought in matched sets..
Amps can be eazy to bias if the amp has the adjustments.
Most better tube amps do..
A good book on the subject..

Hey dude nice to meet you.

Thanks for the info. I will check it out. Biasing my amp is a PIA because I have the reverb tank. I can't just slide out the chassis, unless some one has some pointers I'm not aware of.

Anyway good meeting you.

John
