Ok, so nothing interesting happens in Rugby...

... which is where I'm from, Rugby, in the Midlands, UK (near Birmingham for anyone who is struggling).

Only recently joined the forums to look for advice on selling my 1971 JMP, but after some excellent advice from some of the guys on here and some encouragement from people with a good deal more expertise than myself, I have opted instead to hang onto it and invest in it (got a 1960b cab on the way!), and I'm happy to have made this decision under the influence of people who may well have have prevented me from making a big mistake that I'd have regretted in the future. Cheers guys!

I sing and play rhythm guitar in a local band Audio Narcotix (Audio Narcotix on MySpace Music - Free Streaming MP3s, Pictures & Music Downloads), we're still getting going so haven't done too much in the three/four months we've been together but its looking promising so far. Got a rock fest to play in November and we're going into the studio to record some material next month, so some good things happening. We're mostly a rock and metal outfit but we have a pretty diverse range of material, from 50's influenced punk rock, to straight up metal to blues. Keep an eye on the myspace for tracks coming up soon. Bene pakying guitar about three years now, not a genius but I can do the things I need to with a decent level of competence I like to think!

Anyway, anyone who wants to add me and shoot the s**t about guitar, amps or whatever, drop by my page and add me!
