Anyone a fan of V necked Guitars?

I played The 1950's Fender Classic series strat with the v neck, and I was florred on how comfortable it was for me. It was like I can anchor my hand better and play even smoother. I really liked the feeling the neck gave with vibrato on notes and bending. However chords it felt different for me.
Before this I stuck to all C shape necks, or U necks.

Anyone else like the feeling of an V neck?

Anyone have any opinions on D necks, how do they feel compared to an C or V neck?

Yeah. I got a big old hard V on my 54 RI strat neck. Awesome feel. I don't like incredibly fat neck - I think they're silly. So a nice V is just in between a fat neck and a C shape - I can really plant my thumb smack on the skunk stripe.
