Dean 30th Anniversary V: Mordis Valkyrie

Picked this one up off of eBay over the summer from a guitar shop in Huntington Beach, CA. I swapped out the horribly microphonic Dean pickups with a Seymour Duncan Distortion and a DiMarzio Super Distortion, which is a little bit of a shame since the Dean 30th anniversary pup covers are very pretty with the engraved logo and all. Still, with the replacement pickups, this baby sounds awesome. And it's surprisingly light and charmingly acoustic, which I didn't expect.

The skull-capped UFO knobs came from Q-Parts. I put the Punisher skull on the truss rod cover myself. She's a nice little heavy metal angel of death.
