I have never even much thought about refinishing. How do you paint something like that, airbrush?

Yes. One of my friends is semi pro airbrush painter. But its actually fairly simple to do, nothing fancy in the design, but im happy with it. The dark purple is also gonna be a candy paint - candy paints make the paint look almost liquid when properly applied. Oh btw, back and side of guitar is gonna stay high gloss black

There's an update to the design, because me and the painter found out it's gonna be too much trouble too pull a proper chrome edge off. And because I find silver too dull (wanted it too match the chrome hardware), I've redesigned the edge of the guitar, but I actually like it alot
