Jackson vs ESP

Hi forum,
I'm going to buy a rock/metal guitar. I want neck through body construction and a Floyd Rose trem.
I have narrowed the choice down to a Jackson Soloist or an ESP Horizon.

How do they compare regarding quality?

There both great guitars i'll tell u that. but me being a rhoads fan i'd say i like th quality of jackson better and prefer a jackson.

Jackson is better, even those are both good... my opinion is that ESP is a copy of jackson. And my heart is broken because of ESP and DEAN. All those who have played jackson, suddenly have ESP´s and DEAN´s...

Ha ha. I ended up getting an ESP Horizon.

I owned both and I can tell that I no longer have the Jackson. Don't get me wrong, the Jackson guitar was good, but the quality of my ESP right out of the box was much better. This also is a matter of taste....Chevy/Ford kinda thing..
