Axis or Wolfgang?

Hi, I am new to this forum and would like to say that I like guitars and Marshalls.

Seriously, if you had to choose between a Music Man Axis and a Peavey Wolfgang which would you go with and why?

I've never owned an Axis, but over the years have had 4 MM EVHs, I'd take the Wolfgang any day (in fact, I still have mine and it's the only Floyd Rose I still own). Better neck profile, better sounding pickups, cooler carved top, D-tuna-no contest IMHO.

Thanks. I really liked a friend's MM Axis but have never touched a Wolfgang. I am going to check out a black Wolfgang Standard in really nice condition that is available for $900 - is that a fair price?

I have seem them go for 750 so maybe that could a good starting point. However it depends on its condition.

I used to have a Wolfgang and it was great, I almost bought a matching Axis. I think I liked the Axis a little more thogh. The guitar Peavey made to replace the Wolfgang is pretty sweet too. We have a Goldtop where I teach and it's very hard to not take it home.
