Megadeth Peace Sells...

Recently I've been listening to Megadeth's Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? album and it sounds like the guitars and bass are slightly flat in pitch, it sounds like it's tuned down less than a half step from concert pitch but it's still noticeable, especially when you try to play along to it. Has anybody else noticed this or am I just going mad?

I think Peace Sells was just transcribed in Guitar World or some other mag, and they note that it's down a few cents.

I wonder if they did this on purpose, or if they slowed the tape down a little bit.
