Great tone! That solo is pretty much impossible to play note for note. You do a great job at getting the feel of it. Nice!

Re: Whitesnake Still of the Night Solo Live

Awesome...! I saw Whitesnake last year (Saw them over 20 years ago also) and Coverdale and the boys still have it.
I warm up with that song and "Crying in the Rain" (which is way easier) but have never mastered it yet.
You sounded great, the entire band sounded great. Good Job...! Impressive...!

Re: Whitesnake Still of the Night Solo Live

Hey thanks guys that's really nice,

I'm really happy with my tone and how it cuts through the mix during the solo.

Also for those who saw my post in another thread, this is the cab that my dog pissed on and luckily there was no damage!

Re: Whitesnake Still of the Night Solo Live

Thanks,

On drums we have Jeff Scott Soto's Brother Joey Soto. On Vocals we have Actor Byrne Offutt whose been in all 5 seasons of Futurama. On Bass is a really talented guy from Slovenia and on Rythyn Guitar is a Hollywood Veteran called Fred Neal. We got together recently to form a cover band and only had 4 rehearsals and already we've got a residency at the Cat Club next door to the Whiskey A GoGo
