Only 2 Spkrs work on 4x12 1960a, please help!

I have a JCM 2000 DSL 100 going to a 1960A cab. Ever since i've had it only the right two speakers have worked. I know the wiring schematic is probably wrong so what do I do for a mono setup? Please help!

Are you plugging into 4/16 mono input?
