1936 avt150 1922

Hi all quick question before I pull my 1936 apart
Set up is as follows, I run a avt150h head
Run into either a 1922 or a 1936 cabinet (or both if need be)

The 1936 is now only running a single speaker in mono mode ? but 2 speakers in stereo mode,
were as the 1922 runs both speakers in mono and stereo Im sure the 1936 is at fault, just wondered what yo look for inside (some sort of switch?)

cheers in advance

Re: 1936 avt150 1922

At least the spam post gave your thread a bump...

Whne you are inside the 1936, unless you see something obvious like a wire come disconnected, Id be inclined to test each speaker seperately - just pull off one clip from one of its wires and test Ohms with a multimeter, or touch a 1.5v battery accross its terminals to hear a thump. Once the spaekers are proven, you can investigate the wiring of he switch, and if its not clear, you could always just hard wire the speakers directly to the jack for a reliable and simple mono set up.
