Basson B-212 2x12 Ext cab. Opinions??

Wanted some opinions on this 8ohm 2x12 cab . I can get new thru Basson's Artist program for approx $310.00 and I see it retails at Musician's Friend for $445-$485 (depending on options). It's loaded with Eminence Legends (which coincidently I have loaded in my TSL-122). Note: I have 2 other 2x12 cabs that I alternately pair with the Marshall when needed; one is an old Fender w/ spkrs diagonally mounted on baffle with Celestion GT-75's that is 8ohm and a Bag End cab-4ohm-with EV Force's in it side by side.
