janarn, you're gonna have to help me out with this????

According to Doyle's book and this site...Celestion Date Codes and also the celestion site, spks from '68 to '91 were written Month, Year, Day. So 12LA to me doesn't fit in the M/Y/D system

Well, Doyle is wrong here.
All speakers I've seen from '68, still have the old date code (D/M/Y),
but the year code are starting from A in '68.

Here's a picture of another speaker from '68, dated 21HA
