How do you know?

How do you know if the speakers are bad, and not the head itself. My high end is fine, but my lowend seems to be staticy sounding for somereason.
How can i Bias it?

Can you try a different amp through your speakers? ...or even better, can you try your amp through different speakers?

Nope, I cant. The only other thing i have is a MG10
