DIY: 1x12 cab plans

I want to make a cab for a 12" speaker(V30) so that I can use it while biasing, low level practise etc.

Any websites that have plans/measurements will be helpful thanks.

Hi Aussi

Here's my 1x12 with V30.

And this is the plan - built to match my 401:

Crate Powerblock
1 x 12 Vintage 30 cab
'76 Shergold Masquerader
'91 Les Paul Studio
'83 Roadstar
'10 American Special Strat HSS

Re: DIY: 1x12 cab plans

The old EV Theile loaded cab plans are still around. A little more elaborate of a build but a really great sounding 1x12. I've used mine for many gigs. Not sure how well it matches with a Celestion but I believe that is essentially what Mesa does.

You can search for the TL806 plans, here's one location:
My Amps: Marshall: '68 1959T, JVM410HJS, Class 5 head; Fender '65 BF Showman, '80s Hiwatt 50, '90s Dual Rec, Ceriatone: 18W TMB, 2204HW, DZ30, Liverpool, Express, Prinzetone; Jet City: JCA20H, Pico Valve; Egnater Tweaker, Bad Cat Cougar 15, Fractal Axe FX II. Various Marshall and other cabs: 4x12, 2x12, 1x12
My Strats: early '80s '62 RI, '87 Strat plus, '10 EJ maple neck; many partscasters; Gibson: '08 Firebird V, '11 SG, '66 Melody Maker, '81 ES-347, '04 ES-335, '05 LP Std DC; various others

Good suggestion Johnfv, I made a couple of the 15" TSL606's and they sound great, and are very sturdy and solid.
