(4x12) 16 ohm cabinet vs 8 ohm cabinet

hey guys

what in your guys opinion would be the optimal ohms (8 or 16) for a 4x12 cab?

the cabs will have 30 watt green backs im buying soon.

i run an old (72/73 possible plexi) jmp 50 watt marshall (it was fitted with 6550's but i had the EL 34 mod as well as a mastervol/preamp done by charles perez in LA. the tone is just sick.) and a 1994 120 watt 5150.

they are usualy 16 ohms
