Re: What ohmns for speakers?
you could wire 2 16Ω speakers to an overall impedance of 8Ω,
as well as 2 8Ω speakers to 16Ω OR 4Ω, but I would not recommend that, because you can't use 2 4Ω cabs at once. 2 25w speakers should be fine.

Re: What ohmns for speakers?
One thing to consider. The average Marshall 50 watt head will put out 65-80 watts when dimed. Marshall rates their amps on clean power. In other words, the amp will put out 50 watts prior to clipping (distortion). If you run the master way up, you will eventually fry a pair of Greenbacks. To be safe, you would need to run a quad of greenies.

Re: What ohmns for speakers?
Can you mix "greenies" with 60w or 75w speakers ? Or theyr're going to be totally covered by the 60w/70w ?
