New speaker cab - how to re-grill cane speaker cloth and speaker mounting hardware ?

A friend of mine built me a simple 1 x 12 cab 20 years ago.

I haven't done a thing with it, always meaning to get around to it. finally I am.

For grill cloth I would like to go with the Marshall cane type "Cloth" or possibly a rattan such as on the earlier Boogies.

I've also decided on a Celestion G12 EVH 20 watt blackback for speaker:

Is there any website that have a step by step on how to affix this type of material ?

Also, I need recomendations on the proper hardware to secure the speaker to the baffle board.

I don't want to use plain machine bolts thru the baffleboard holes. Tacky.
