Fav song intros

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I really like song intros (well some of them) and I have actually been known in the past to stop the song and move on to another song once the intro has finished.

Here's some of my favourites

Have you any intros you like to hear? I might just be me.

Re: Fav song intros

I know a lot of people are probably listing intros with guitar, but I think "ONE" of my all time favorites is the intro to Seven Bridges Road by the Eagles. Also, guitar-wise... come on people!

Money For Nothing!

Great choices. Funny how you forget some things. I really like the guitar on MFN, never really a Dire Straits fan, but that is a good tune.

Strange but good. To be honest I've never seen or heard it before.

Re: Fav song intros

How about:
Axe- Rock and roll party in the street
Accept- Balls to the wall

I like the Accept video, the guys all have on white hightops and are very animated and synched. Then Udo the singer walks on stage, pretty out of place. It was on Beavis and Butthead one time they commented when Udo walked out........do you have a pass sir?

Great thread.

Re: Fav song intros

I saw Accept live on that tour...maybe it was restless and wild...funny how Udo looks normal in pictures when in reality he is really like 4 foot tall and 100lbs over weight
but Wolf Hoffman is an incredible guitarist....the solo in "turn me on" should be textbook reading for phrasing on a guitar....Great Stuff
