TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Southeastern Guitar & Amp Show and Mojo Musical Supply reserve the right to refuse booths and/or passes to anyone for any reason. No sales of musically related items by exhibitors, buyers, or public will be allowed outside the hall, in the loading areas, lobby or parking lots.

The Southeastern Guitar & Amp Show and Mojo Musical Supply accepts no responsibility for trades or deals made by anyone at or away from the show.

24 hour security is provided by The Southeastern Guitar & Amp Show and Mojo Musical Supply in conjunction with The Raleigh Convention Center. Neither The Southeastern Guitar & Amp Show and Mojo Musical Supply or its employees will be held responsible for any injury and/or accidents.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION:
Badges must be worn at all times.

No instrument sales or purchases outside the venue.

Noise levels will be monitored and controlled throughout the show. No more than 85db will be allowed in the exhibit hall. We will monitor and enforce the 85db noise policy. We have provided demo rooms outside the convention center hall with limited noise restrictions. Failure to adhere to the show noise ordinance could result in a loss of power to your booth.

All exhibits must be left in place through 4pm Sunday. No early booth dismantling will be allowed. No Exceptions. The loading dock door will be opened promptly at 4:01pm.

Neither Southeastern Guitar and Amp Show, Mojo Musical Supply nor The Raleigh Convention Center will assume responsibility for any theft, damage, accidents ordeals that might occur during the course of the show. The convention center floor will be locked and under video surveillance from 7:00pm to 8:00am on Friday and Saturday. No one will be allowed in the SEGAS hall during those times.

No weapons or illegal substances allowed.

LOAD-IN:
Load in for the Southeastern Guitar and Amp Show will begin on Friday September 24th at 12:00pm and end at 6:00pm. For directions to the convention center please see the following link: http://www.raleighconvention.com/Ral...tting-here.php

Exhibitors will enter the Convention Center loading area from W. Lenoir St. While traveling down W. Lenoir St, please look for access to the loading area on the left as soon as you cross over S. Dawson St. * Note, the loading dock gate entrance is between Dawson St. and S. McDowell St. The entrance runs beside the Raleigh Amphitheater.

LOAD-OUT:
SEGAS show load out will begin at 4:01pm on Sunday afternoon. You will not be able to remove any equipment or merchandise before this time. We will have SEGAS team members and convention center employees available to assist you with your load out.

EVENTS & ENTERTAINMENT:
Deep South Bar
SEGAS has a Vendor party planned at The Deep South Bar which is conveniently located on 430 South Dawson Street Raleigh, NC 27601. The Deep South Bar will cater to your needs from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on both Friday & Saturday.

Lincoln Theater
SEGAS is sponsoring nightly entertainment for exhibitors as well as show attendees at The Lincoln Theater, conveniently located on 500 South Salisbury Street Raleigh, NC 27601.
Friday September 24th, Unknown Hinson with special guest Johnny Hiland. Show starts at 9:00pm, tickets are available through etix.com or the Lincoln Theater website.
Saturday, September 25th, Michael Landau with special guests Johnny Hiland and Andy Wood.
Show starts at 8:00pm, tickets are available through etix.com or the Lincoln Theater website.
We will also be selling tickets to the nightly entertainment at the guitar and amp show on Saturday during the day. All exhibitors and attendees are responsible for purchasing their own tickets to the concerts at The Lincoln Theater.

LODGING:
We have negotiated a special rate with the Downtown Marriott Hotel. It is attached to the Raleigh Convention Center. In order to get the show rate you need to book your rooms on or before September 5th. Use Group Code “mojmoja” when booking your room online at marriott.com/rdumc. Guests may also call the central reservations line at 888.236.2427. Please provide the code mojomoja, or the group name “Mojo Musical Supply Southeastern Guitar and Amp Show” when reserving your room in this manner.
