(sorry in advance...) best for budget is to stay away from multi effects cause 9 out of 10 players end up switching to a few decent stomp boxes and a good amp. I have not heard one unit yet that does not suck tone.. that being said if i had to go back the line 6 m9 and m13 do basic effects without the garbage amp modeling.....IMO
